We are seeking a creative and detail-focused Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong artistic eye, the ability to turn ideas into impactful visuals, and hands-on experience in both digital and print design.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions
• Design marketing materials including banners, flyers, posters, brochures, and presentations
• Develop digital assets for websites, online ads, and email marketing campaigns
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions
• Revise and enhance designs based on feedback while meeting project deadlines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role
• 1–2 years of professional experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Solid understanding of typography, layout composition, color theory, and branding principles
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet timelines
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for social media and digital marketing campaigns
• Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics will be an added advantage
