Position Summary

The Marketing Department is seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic in-house design team. The ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through design. You’ll bring concepts to life across both print and digital platforms, transforming copy and ideas into visually stunning, audience-focused materials that capture attention and drive engagement. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and collaborates seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure every piece aligns with our brand vision and standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include but not limited to the following responsibilities:

Create and update marketing campaigns, print materials, web/print ads, tradeshow collateral, social media images, video series elements, promotional items, business cards, e-mail blasts, logos, website designs, storyboards, etc.

Collaborate with other teams within the department, taking content and producing necessary designs and mocks and communicating design decisions

Work collaboratively with all members of the Marketing Team — partnering closely and taking direction as needed to ensure a cohesive, team-first approach to every project.

Takes ownership of projects from start to finish — proactively managing all stages including analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation — while ensuring deadlines are consistently met without the need for constant direction.

Perform various other duties and projects assigned.

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or Marketing (or equivalent)

Mortgage Background (a plus)

A portfolio showcasing your work

4+ years of design experience

Experience working in a fast-paced team environment

Expert in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)

Experience with Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, and Media Encoder

Capable of prioritizing multiple, simultaneous projects

Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively

Strong concept and design skills

Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism

Ability to deliver on creative concepts and clearly communicate design decisions to others

Physical and Work Conditions

Standard office environment, equipment, and tasks, including work at a computer terminal. This position requires partial sitting and walking throughout the day. Employee must be open to work overtime to the requirements of the role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $31,400.00 per hour
