Role Overview

Phoenix Business Advisory is looking for a creative and dynamic Graphic Designer who can bring ideas to life through compelling visual design and engaging video content.

The ideal candidate should have strong design skills along with hands-on experience in Static and Non-static designing, editing. This role will play a key part in supporting the marketing team in creating high-impact content for digital platforms, advertising campaigns, branding, and social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials including brochures, standees, hoardings, flyers, and promotional creatives.
• Create engaging social media creatives such as posts, carousel designs, banners, and ad creatives for digital campaigns.
• Develop branding assets including logos, cover photos, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create promotional creatives and campaign visuals.
• Edit Instagram Reels, short-form content, promotional videos, and YouTube videos.
• Optimize graphic content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and digital ads.
• Prepare print-ready design files with correct dimensions and specifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Ensure timely delivery of creative content according to marketing schedules.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva and InDesign.
• Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, video storytelling, and editing techniques.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience creating digital marketing creatives and performance ads.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.

Experience

• Minimum 4 years of experience in graphic design.
• Experience working on social media marketing creatives is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
