Job Overview

A reputable tableware and glass manufacturing company is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join its Marketing Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing product packaging, marketing materials, retail display designs, and advertising creatives while maintaining brand identity and visual consistency.

The role requires a strong understanding of design software, branding guidelines, packaging design, and marketing visuals for both print and digital media.

Key Responsibilities: Packaging & Product Design

• Design and deliver product packaging artwork for tableware and glass products.
• Ensure packaging designs meet vendor and production specifications.
• Provide monthly and timely packaging designs to all assigned vendors.

Marketing & Advertising Design

• Design retail boards, marketing visuals, promotional materials, and advertisements.
• Create advertising creatives for magazines and marketing campaigns.
• Develop visually appealing branding and promotional materials for print and digital platforms.

Brand Identity & Visual Consistency

• Maintain and follow brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
• Ensure all design materials align with brand positioning and marketing strategies.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the Marketing Department and General Manager – Marketing to execute design strategies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for artwork approvals and production requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign
• Knowledge of AI-assisted design tools (preferred)
• Strong creative thinking and visual design skills
• Ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree / Graduation in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Prior experience in graphic design, packaging design, or product branding preferred

Additional Skills

• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Understanding of print production and packaging design requirements
