Position Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs across various platforms, ensuring our brand remains consistent and impactful.
Responsibilities
- Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce original graphics, logos, illustrations, and layouts for both digital and print media.
- Brand Consistency: Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive visual identity across all materials.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and project teams to develop designs that align with strategic goals.
- Revision Process: Prepare drafts and mockups for review, incorporating feedback into final designs.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously from concept to completion, meeting all deadlines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Portfolio: A professional portfolio showcasing a range of design work, from digital ads to print layouts.
- Design Principles: Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout composition, and visual hierarchy.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, time management, and creative problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Experience with UI/UX design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Familiarity with motion graphics and video editing using Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
