About SETNA:
SETNA is a full-service global aviation network specializing in used serviceable material, trading, repair services, and asset leasing. With a presence in 15 countries and an extensive parts inventory, we streamline operations to get planes back in the air faster, supporting airlines and MROs worldwide.
We’re proud to be recognized as one of Crain’s Best Places to Work in Chicago and a multiple-year honoree on the Inc. 5000 list, reflecting our commitment to both business excellence and employee satisfaction. At SETNA, we foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning, where every team member can make a meaningful impact.
The Role:
This role will help bring SETNA's ideas to life through bold, visually engaging design — taking concepts and transforming them into striking visuals that elevate our brand across digital, print, and social media. This role is for someone who thinks differently, questions the expected, and isn't afraid to go against the grain. We're looking for a creative individual with a strong point of view, a willingness to experiment, and the drive to grow their skills while contributing fresh ideas in a fast-moving, collaborative environment. Creativity has no limits here. A passion for storytelling and visual communication.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the conceptualization and production of design assets across SETNA’s portfolio of brands, ensuring cohesion within the master brand system.
· Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, design systems, and templates for print, digital, internal/external communications, including presentations, social media, trade shows, events, and marketing materials.
· Collaborate with Marketing, Global Ops, regional teams, and business unit leads to align creative outputs with brand direction and operational needs.
· Manage the full design intake and project workflow, including scoping, timelines, stakeholder communication, and multi-entity project tracking.
· Produce production-ready files for all media, coordinating with vendors for print, events, and branded materials, while maintaining organized, scalable, and reusable design assets.
· Participate in creative briefs, contribute concept directions, and drive projects from concept through final delivery.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· A design thinker with range: from brand identity to production files, you move fluidly across print, digital, and environmental applications across a multi-entity global organization
· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
· 3–5+ years of proven design experience
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Canva and PowerPoint for enterprise template workflows
· Strong command of design principles, typography, color systems, and multi-brand hierarchy
· Ability to take direction and propose innovative ideas independently.
· Able to manage multiple concurrent projects across business units, meet tight deadlines, and pivot with shifting priorities
· Strong communicator who collaborates confidently with cross-functional teams
· Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, versatility, and “out-of-the-box” thinking.
