Graphic Designer

Job Title: Graphic Designer & UI/UX Designer (Bilingual – English & Arabic)
Location: Qatar (Doha preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time (Urgent)

About Us

We are a growing coffee shop brand in Qatar focused on delivering a unique customer experience through high-quality coffee, modern aesthetics, and strong brand identity. We are looking for a talented and creative designer to help us build and maintain a visually appealing and consistent brand across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Branding & Visual Identity

• Design and develop the complete brand identity (logo, color palette, typography)
• Create branding materials such as:
• Coffee cups, packaging, and takeaway materials
• In-store signage and menus
• Business cards and promotional materials
• Ensure brand consistency across all physical and digital assets

2. Graphic Design

• Create engaging content for:
• Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Marketing campaigns and advertisements
• Seasonal promotions and product launches
• Produce high-quality illustrations and vector graphics using Adobe Illustrator

3. UI/UX & Software Design (Preferred)

• Design user interfaces for:
• Mobile applications (coffee ordering apps)
• Website layout and user experience
• Work with developers (if applicable) to ensure design implementation
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma or Adobe XD

4. Bilingual Design Execution

• Design content in both English and Arabic
• Ensure proper Arabic typography, alignment, and readability
• Adapt designs culturally for the local market in Qatar

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or UI/UX Designer
• Strong proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator (mandatory)
• Adobe Photoshop / InDesign (preferred)
• Figma or Adobe XD (for UI/UX work)
• Strong portfolio showcasing:
• Branding projects (especially F&B or coffee shops is a plus)
• Arabic and English design work
• Good understanding of:
• Typography (especially Arabic typography)
• Color theory and branding principles
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with cafes, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
• Knowledge of printing processes and materials
• Basic understanding of front-end design (for app/web collaboration)
• Currently based in Qatar or familiar with the local market
