A Graphic Designer for a real estate company working in the Social/promotional marketing department, which is responsible for planning and implementing marketing & communications goals.

Responsibilities:

1) Create new designs for internal and external printed marketing materials. This includes social media posts, banners, flyers, brochures, advertising, posters, and direct marketing materials. May create and implement Internet and intranet graphics and banners.

2) Develop and implement design strategies to enhance the Company’s brand image.

3) Design creative graphical illustrations for the brand that stands out.

4) Create effective and eye-catching images and campaigns that drive our brand message and provide usable assets for our national and local social marketing efforts.

5) Produce sophisticated graphic design artwork to support Executive Management’s creative vision.

6) Adhere to brand standards while continually improving the design.

7) Research and evaluate economic, demographic, and real estate market data.

8) Manage and document project timeline and approval process.

9) Coordinate with Marketing team, sales team and content writers to get input and assist in strategy building and finalizing branding grid.

10) Design high-tech stands, branding material, marketing collaterals, and digital creatives aligned with project themes and brand guidelines.

11) Deliver all design work on time, strictly as per instructions and deadlines set by the Line Manager / HOD.

12) Coordinate with marketing, sales, and project teams to understand design requirements and project objectives

13) Revise and improve designs based on feedback while meeting delivery timelines.

14) Ensure all designs follow company branding, real estate standards, and current market trends.

15) Responsible to provide monthly permeance to HOD & HR

Hiring Criteria: Qualification & Skills

1. Associate’s degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience or Bachelor’s degree in graphic design.

2. 5- 4 years of graphic design experience in a professional setting, real estate specialty is preferred.

3. Expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.

4. Strong data visualization design skills.

5. Deep understanding of typography and layout hierarchy.

6. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

7. Creative thinker who will contribute ideas.

8. Ability to clearly communicate the reasoning behind design choices.

9. High level of integrity, attention to deadlines and schedules

10. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.

11. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
