Graphic Designer

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Graphic Designer with strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign. This role focuses on designing and producing high-quality books, cover artwork, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering visually compelling work on deadline.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format books, including interior layouts and typography using Adobe InDesign
• Create engaging and market-ready book covers aligned with brand and audience expectations
• Develop marketing materials such as brochures, social media graphics, ads, and promotional assets
• Collaborate with authors, editors, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
• Manage multiple projects at various stages while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
• Prepare print-ready and digital files to production specifications
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong emphasis on InDesign (Photoshop and Illustrator also required)
• Experience in book design, layout, and cover creation preferred
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality design standards

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
