About Us

Summit Marketing & Promotions is a fast-paced marketing agency dedicated to creating innovative advertising campaigns, social media strategies, and promotional content. Our clients range from small startups to established brands, giving our team the chance to work on a variety of exciting projects. We’re seeking a Full-Time/In-Office Graphic Designer to join our creative team and help bring our clients’ visions to life. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Understanding project objectives and developing creative concepts and ideas that align with marketing strategies.
  • Creating visually appealing designs for various marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, banners, Infograph's, social media posts, email newsletters, advertisements, PPT presentations, etc.
  • Ensuring consistency in branding elements such as colors, fonts, and logos across all marketing materials to maintain brand identity and designing brand books for our clients
  • Producing engaging visual content such as infographics, illustrations, icons, and other multimedia assets to enhance marketing campaigns.
  • Designing graphics optimized for digital platforms including websites, mobile apps, social media platforms, and email marketing.
  • Preparing designs for print production, including selecting appropriate print materials and formats.
  • Knowledge in optimizing and maintaining Shopify websites.
  • Working closely with marketing teams, copywriters, photographers, clients and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Use software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects for video editing and compositing.
  • Edit and produce high-quality video content for various platforms.
  • Managing multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to project timelines and deadlines.
  • Being open to feedback from directors and revise designs as necessary to meet project requirements.
  • Staying up to date on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience
  • Must Have Advertising Agency Experience to be considered
  • Proven expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including print and digital work.
  • Advanced experience with Constant Contact email design.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with a remote team.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
  • Creative thinking and ability to translate marketing objectives into visually compelling designs.
