Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Identity & Visual Development (Core Focus)

  • Strengthen and refine the company’s overall visual identity across internal and external assets
  • Redesign and elevate branded materials to ensure a modern, premium, and professional look
  • Support logo enhancement, visual system improvements, and broader brand development initiatives
  • Help define and maintain brand consistency across all company outputs
  • Contribute to the creation and evolution of brand guidelines, including:
  • Typography
  • Colour palettes
  • Layout systems
  • Visual standards and usage

Branded Document & Corporate Collateral Design

  • Design and enhance company documents, proposals, handbooks, presentations, and operational materials to align with brand standards
  • Transform existing materials into visually cohesive, brand-consistent assets
  • Create branded templates for:
  • Presentations
  • Reports
  • Company profiles
  • Letterheads
  • Internal and external communications
  • Ensure all materials reflect strong visual storytelling and professionalism

Presentation & Visual Communication Design

  • Design impactful presentations that align with the company’s brand voice and visual identity
  • Build presentation systems and templates for leadership, sales, and company-wide use
  • Improve clarity, engagement, and visual consistency across all presentation materials

Marketing & Creative Support

  • Support design requirements for new business initiatives, campaigns, and branded projects
  • Assist in developing creative assets that strengthen brand presence
  • Collaborate with management to translate business objectives into compelling visual designs

Design Systems & Standardisation

  • Build scalable visual systems for consistent brand representation
  • Ensure all company assets maintain a unified and recognisable design language
  • Balance creativity with structure to support both branding and business functionality

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in Graphic Design with a strong emphasis on branding, visual identity, and corporate design
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in:
  • Brand development
  • Corporate identity
  • Presentation design
  • Branded documentation
  • Proficiency in relevant design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, or equivalent platforms
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Branding systems
  • Typography
  • Layout design
  • Visual hierarchy
  • Professional communication design
  • Ability to create visually compelling designs while maintaining brand consistency
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong creative judgment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with leadership

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
