Job Summary
We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and versatile designer to produce engaging visual content for our in-house projects, web application platforms, and client campaigns. The ideal candidate has a strong command of design principles, stays updated with social media trends, and can effectively translate brand messaging into visually compelling content that drives engagement and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design high-quality visuals for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, TikTok, etc.)
- Create engaging content for in-house brands, web applications, and client platforms, including social posts, website graphics, and promotional materials
- Develop visuals for SEO purposes such as guest posting images, blog graphics, and featured images
- Produce reels, motion graphics, text animations, and short-form video content with strong storytelling elements
- Use AI tools as a creative assistant to enhance design workflows and output quality
- Design posts, stories, ad creatives, banners, thumbnails, and reel covers
- Maintain consistency in brand identity across all platforms and touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with social media, marketing, SEO, and development teams
- Adapt and optimize designs for different platforms, formats, and campaign goals
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates
- Edit, resize, and repurpose creatives for multiple campaigns and channels
- Support marketing and growth initiatives with high-impact visual assets
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Designer or Graphic Designer
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar design role
- Strong portfolio showcasing social media, web, and marketing design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Figma, or similar
- Strong grip on design fundamentals including typography, color theory, layout, and composition
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, content formats, and engagement strategies
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Basic understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication principles
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
- Familiarity with performance-driven design and social media analytics
- Experience working with digital marketing teams, agencies, or SaaS/web platforms

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
