Graphic Designer

WE HAVE THE NEED FOR MORE DESIGNERS!!!! Insight is seeking someone that has the juice to join our design team. You are joining a creative team that has produced thousands of businesses logos, branding, clothing, packaging, wraps, signage, websites, and much more. This position is SUPER high pace, fun, and intensely creative. You have got to be a multitasking, goal oriented badass that plays well with others. Being able to work alone and independently is a must. Working quickly and efficiently is very important. Unlike a standard office job, you are paid for your productivity, not your presence. All designs take criticism and at the end of the day its what makes our clients love what we do. Face your weaknesses - if there is something you aren’t strong in we expect that you will study or learn that skill set to help you advance in your career. Chances are we have someone on our team that has that skill set to help point you in the right direction. Your team is always available for consultation. Sonar listening skills and note taking - we need you to listen to the smallest things and make them the biggest changes to our clients. Listening makes all of your jobs and tasks easier. Accountability in all things Insight. Whether it’s a mistake or inability to do something we pride ourselves on getting it right by holding ourselves accountable. We always own up to everything and hold ourselves accountable. Past experience is ideal, but we are willing to train the right designer with an excellent work ethic. Graphic Designer Job Duties:

- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials. - Plans concept by studying information and materials.

- Researches and creates estimates for clients by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.

- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic concepts.

- Prepares finished files accurately.

- Orders product from vendors.

- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Graphic Designer Qualifications:

- Set schedule while working remotely

- High proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign are secondary

- Ability to work at the office/be there for clients to pick up orders (reliable transportation)

- Creative but practical design sense

- Note taking and organization skills, ability to manage yourself

- Ability to take direction and take initiative to look further into projects before asking for help

- Able to be involved in meetings/phone calls with clients

MUST HAVE:

- Illustrator Design

- Slack

- Access to the Adobe Suite

- Knowledge and understanding of printed design

- Ability to stay organized and work on digital files with multiple other people Superior
