Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, social media posts, and advertisements
• Create visually appealing content aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing team on campaigns and promotions
• Develop real estate project presentations and branding materials
• Edit photos and videos for digital campaigns
• Ensure all designs are delivered on time and meet quality standards
• Stay updated with design trends, especially in real estate marketing

Requirements:

• Real estate experience highly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design or related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Experience in social media creatives and digital marketing assets
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and professional work
• High attention to detail and creativity
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
