Job description

We are looking for a graphic designer who can bring their digital design expertise together with hands-on experience in online selling platforms. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded creative professional capable of taking the entire design process from concept to production across all marketing media, including digital, print, websites, and video.

This role involves creating engaging visuals that strengthen our brand identity, refresh existing catalogs and templates, develop branded materials, logos, and videos, and ultimately drive performance across online platforms. The successful candidate understands how strong digital design impacts customer engagement, product visibility, and sales conversion, and can translate creative ideas into compelling marketing assets across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

· Create visually appealing graphics packaging for various marketing materials, including but not limited to social media posts, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, and presentations.

· Develop creative concepts and designs that align with the company’s brand and marketing objectives.

· Coordinating and executing promotional activities, events, and campaigns – must have experience in selling on digital platforms. (Amazon selling is a plus)

· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital marketing to continuously improve creative output and campaign effectiveness.

· Provide design support to other departments as needed, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

· Proven experience (5+ years) in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing creative and innovative design work in both print and digital applications.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Creative Cloud, and other graphic design tools.

· Must be proficient in a Mac environment.

· Understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, PPC, and content marketing.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

· Eagerness to learn and grow in both graphic design and marketing disciplines.

· Experience with 3D rendering, video editing, and large flatbed printers.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday 8am-4:30pm

Full Time - Onsite only. Not remote.

Compensation:

$41k - $65k, DOE

Paid time off

Health and dental insurance - partial employer contribution

Pay: $41,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
