Position: Graphic Designer
Location: Sialkot (Onsite)

Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our client's team. This role is primarily focused on graphic design (80%) with additional involvement in marketing support activities (20%). The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio, excellent visual design skills, and the ability to create engaging content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities Graphic Design (80%)

• Design high-quality social media creatives, banners, advertisements, brochures, flyers, and marketing collateral.
• Create visually appealing branding materials while maintaining brand consistency.
• Design presentations, pitch decks, event branding, and promotional materials.
• Develop graphics for websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to create compelling visual content.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and design assets.
• Ensure all creative deliverables meet quality standards and project deadlines.
• Manage and maintain the company's design asset library.

Marketing Support (20%)

• Assist the marketing team with campaign creatives and promotional materials.
• Support social media marketing efforts through engaging visual content.
• Contribute ideas for branding, awareness campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.
• Monitor design trends and provide creative recommendations to improve brand visibility.

Required Skills & Tools

• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Canva
• Figma
• Adobe Premiere Pro (Preferred)
• Adobe After Effects (Preferred)

Requirements

• 2–4 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital, and marketing design work.
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns is preferred.

Salary Range

PKR 80,000 – 150,000 (Based on experience and skills)
