Role Purpose
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to develop compelling visual content across our brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging designs for social media, presentations, marketing materials, and other digital and print assets while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Development
- Design and produce high-quality visual content for social media, presentations, marketing campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Translate creative briefs and campaign objectives into visually appealing and on-brand assets for both digital and print platforms.
- Develop creative concepts, graphics, layouts, and visual solutions that effectively communicate brand messages.
- Support the creation of event materials, brochures, flyers, banners, and other marketing collateral.
Brand Management
- Maintain visual consistency across multiple brands and ensure adherence to established brand guidelines.
- Ensure all design outputs reflect the unique identity and positioning of each brand within the portfolio.
- Continuously enhance and evolve visual assets while maintaining brand integrity.
Collaboration & Communication
- Work closely with marketing team members to ensure design and content are aligned with campaign goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions.
- Present design concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently to achieve desired outcomes.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects, deliverables, and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of creativity and accuracy.
- Respond quickly to feedback and implement revisions as required.
Additional Support
- Assist with ad hoc design requests, including pitch decks, internal communications, corporate presentations, and event branding materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across digital and print media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience designing for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is an added advantage.
