Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support the development and execution of retail marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and customer-facing communications across both digital and physical channels. The role is responsible for maintaining brand consistency, designing high-quality visual assets for stores, social media, events, promotions, and educational materials, and ensuring excellence in creative execution across all touchpoints. Working closely with Marketing, Retail, CRM, and external partners, the Graphic Designer will contribute to enhancing the customer experience through effective visual communication, innovative design solutions, and the timely delivery of projects while upholding the highest standards of quality and brand integrity.
Responsibilities
Brand Consistency & Retail Compliance

Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across stores, campaigns, and marketing materials

Review retail creative executions and identify brand inconsistencies (logo usage, typography, colors, layouts, messaging)

Support retail branding updates, store visuals, POS materials, and visual merchandising requirements

Participate in periodic retail brand audits and support implementation of improvements
Retail Campaign Execution & Visual Quality

Design and adapt retail campaign assets across print and digital channels

Produce high-quality in-store visuals including signage, window graphics, promotional materials, educational assets, and seasonal campaigns

Prepare accurate print-ready artwork with strong attention to production details

Ensure visual quality, consistency, and timely execution across all campaign outputs

Contribute ideas to improve layouts, hierarchy, materials, and overall customer-facing communication
Retail Content & Social Visuals

Design retail-focused social media assets and campaign content

Support monthly content requirements for retail, events, promotions, and customer education

Create visually engaging Instagram grids, stories, carousels, and in-store educational materials

Work closely with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into effective visual communication
Creative Improvement & Innovation

Stay updated on retail, design, and visual merchandising trends

Conduct benchmark research and bring fresh ideas for campaign improvements

Propose new creative formats, visual directions, and design enhancements

Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience through design
Workflow & Project Management

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines

Follow structured briefing and feedback processes to ensure efficient execution

Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Retail, CRM, Events, and external suppliers

Maintain organized working files and ensure smooth handover for production and print
Requirements

4–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, hospitality, lifestyle, or agency environments

Strong portfolio demonstrating retail, campaign, branding, social media, and print work

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Strong understanding of print production and artwork preparation

Good understanding of brand systems, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

Experience working across digital and physical touchpoints

Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and high quality standards

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Knowledge of motion, Figma, AI tools, or video editing is a plus
