Graphic designer

About the Role

We are looking for a mid-level Graphic Designer with strong expertise in visual design, video editing, and AI-powered creative tools. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently producing high-quality digital content for branding, marketing campaigns, and social media platforms.

This role requires a balance of creative design skills, video production ability, and practicalexperience using modern AI tools to improve speed, creativity, and output quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging social media posts, banners, advertisements, and marketing creatives
• Design and produce short-form and long-form videos for digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn)
• Edit and enhance video content including motion graphics, transitions, and visual effects.
• Develop creative concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to execute visual storytelling strategies
• Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all creative outputs
• Use AI tools to enhance design, video generation, and content ideation
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines with quality output
• Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and digital content practices

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design + video work (mandatory)
• Proficiency in:

o Adobe Photoshop

o Adobe Illustrator

o Adobe Premiere Pro

o Adobe After Effects (basic to intermediate motion graphics required)

• Strong understanding of:

o Typography

o Color theory

o Layout design

o Branding principles

AI Tools Proficiency (Required or Strong Plus)

Hands-on experience with modern AI creative tools such as:

• AI Image Generation (Midjourney, DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly)
• AI Video Tools (Runway ML, Pika Labs, CapCut AI features or similar)
• AI-assisted design platforms (Canva AI or equivalent)
• Basic understanding of AI-driven content workflows (scripts, visuals, enhancements)

Soft Skills

• Strong creative thinking and storytelling ability
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Good time management and ability to handle deadlines
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of aesthetics
• Team collaboration and communication skills
• Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to new tools
