Graphic Designer (Adobe + AI Tools)

NICON Group of Colleges is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to produce high-quality visual content for digital and print platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with modern AI design tools to enhance productivity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design graphics for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and print materials
• Create posters, banners, brochures, and branding assets
• Use Adobe tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for professional design work
• Utilize AI tools to speed up design workflows and generate creative concepts
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams
• Ensure brand consistency across all designs
• Edit images, retouch photos, and create visual compositions
• Stay updated with design trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., generative design, image editing, content creation tools)
• Strong understanding of:
• Typography
• Color theory
• Layout and composition
• Creativity and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
• Knowledge of branding and marketing design
• Basic UI design knowledge (a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing diverse design work

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
