Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and technologically skilled Graphic Designer & AI Video Creator to join our marketing and digital innovation team.

This hybrid role combines traditional design excellence with AI-driven creativity, focusing on delivering visually stunning graphics, short-form videos, and digital content tailored to the luxury real estate sector.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in both graphic design and video editing, as well as an understanding of emerging AI creative tools that enhance production speed, visual quality, and storytelling impact.

Candidates must be proficient in a wide range of industry-standard and AI-driven creative tools used in Dubai’s modern design landscape.

Major Tasks / Responsibilities

1 Graphic Design & Brand Identity:

• Create impactful designs for digital and print materials — brochures, flyers, social media posts, digital ads, and presentations.
• Maintain brand consistency across all media, ensuring alignment with company standards.
• Develop property showcase visuals, infographics, and market updates for the Dubai real estate market.

2 AI Video Creation & Editing:

• Create and edit videos using AI and manual tools for property walkthroughs, testimonials, and promotional content.
• Utilise AI-based video creation platforms to generate dynamic, high-quality videos optimised for digital marketing.
• Add animations, subtitles, sound effects, transitions, and visual enhancements to improve storytelling.

3 Social Media & Digital Content Creation:

• Design engaging content (static and motion) for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team on ad creatives, video campaigns, and paid promotions.
• Prepare branded templates and social media kits for continuous campaign use.

4 Website, UI/UX & Multimedia Design:

• Design banners, landing page visuals, and web assets in coordination with developers.
• Support UI/UX design with creative mockups and illustrations.
• Ensure all visuals are optimised for digital platforms and responsive layouts.

5 Innovation & AI Integration:

• Experiment with emerging AI tools to enhance design workflows and creative output.
• Research and adopt new generative AI applications for image, animation, and video production.
• Stay updated with global trends in creative automation and AI-assisted design.
