Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that supports
the Group’s marketing objectives across all digital and social platforms, as well as offline
channels when required. This role requires a highly creative, bilingual professional who can
translate briefs into impactful designs, produce engaging video content, and ensure brand
consistency across all entities of the Group.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Concept Development: Translate briefs into innovative concepts and deliver
visual content that communicates brand messages effectively across multiple channels.
Digital & Social Media Content: Design and adapt static visuals, GIFs, carousels,
infographics, and other creative assets tailored for platforms such as Instagram,
Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Video Production & Editing: Plan, storyboard, shoot (where applicable), and edit video
content for social campaigns, ads, and brand storytelling; create motion graphics and
animations to enhance engagement.
Brand Identity Application: Ensure all creative assets adhere to corporate identity
manuals and brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency across the Group’s
entities.
Marketing Collateral Design: Develop layouts and designs for presentations, brochures,
flyers, signage, event branding, and other offline or print needs.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, executives, and entity managers
to align creative output with business objectives and campaign strategies.
E-commerce & Website Support: Create product visuals, banners, promotional
graphics, and other assets optimized for the Group’s websites and online store.
Multilingual Adaptation: Develop and localize designs in both Arabic and English with
equal proficiency, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on design, social media, and digital content trends,
proactively suggesting new formats and creative approaches.
Structured Workflow: Manage multiple design requests simultaneously with strong
organizational practices, ensuring timely delivery of assets with attention to detail.
Asset Management: Maintain a structured digital library of creative files, templates, and
media assets for efficient reuse and reference.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
6–7 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in marketing or
creative agency environments.
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity across digital and social platforms.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After
Effects) or equivalent tools.
Demonstrated capability in video editing and motion graphics.
Bilingual (Arabic & English) – both written and visual adaptation.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines.
