Graphic Designer Role Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer and Content Creator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in graphic design and a passion for crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience. You'll play a key role in developing our visual identity and storytelling across multiple platforms. Experience with motion graphics and content strategy is a major plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create compelling graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various digital and print materials, including social media, websites, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop and execute a content calendar, producing fresh, high-quality visual and written content that aligns with brand goals.
• Generate creative concepts for new campaigns and initiatives from start to finish.
• Ensure brand consistency in all design and content, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across all channels.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, from ideation to final delivery, while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest design and content trends to keep our brand fresh and innovative.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and produce daily content and campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in graphic design and content creation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• A proactive, detail-oriented, and self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in motion graphics or video editing is a bonus.

Part-time hours: 20 per week

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: KD250.000 - KD450.000 per month

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuwait City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
