Graphic Designer and Multimedia Specialist

Blair Inc., a large Springfield, Virginia trade show / exhibit company is seeking a talented, experienced graphic designer and multimedia specialist to create corporate exhibit graphics and high-end electronic presentations. Blair specializes in corporate trade shows, museum exhibitions and corporate branding and interior design. Fresh, contemporary, cutting-edge design skills are essential, and applicant need several years of training and experience with producing graphics for large format printing and production of interactive multimedia. Many of our clients are large corporations that display their work all over the world.

A strong proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are required. The primary emphasis for this position will be to support both our customers and in-house efforts with development and execution of high quality exhibit graphics. Experience working with large-format inkjet, solvent based and UV-curable printers is preferred, although we will train if necessary.

Candidate should be able to demonstrate strong communication and client relations skills, and be willing to constantly “push the envelope” to stay on the cutting edge of exhibit and multimedia design.

Our environment is comfortable and friendly, yet fast-paced and deadline oriented. Salary is commensurate with experience and ability. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, ready to jump right into a busy production schedule.
