Graphic Designer (Brand & Performance)

Location: DHA Phase 8, Lahore [Onsite]

Employment Type: Full-time

Work Timing: 05 PM – 02 AM Pakistan Time (US Business Hours)

Topline Resource Group is hiring a Brand & Performance Designer to support our USA-based clients and businesses. If you are a talented mid-level designer with a strong eye for brand, a passion for performance creative, and real comfort with AI-assisted design workflows, we want to hear from you.

Core Objectives

  • Produce 10–12 high-quality static paid social ad concepts per week
  • Maintain and elevate brand identity across all customer-facing touchpoints
  • Translate creative strategy and briefs into polished design concepts independently
  • Use AI tools to support concepting, product imagery generation, and efficient production
  • Support ecommerce and web design landing pages, Amazon, product education, promotional assets
  • Support print, insert, and packaging design projects when required
  • Balance taste with speed avoiding both low-quality output and perfectionism that slows production

Core Responsibilities

1. Paid Social & Digital Ad Design

  • Design static ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
  • Asset types include: product benefit ads, testimonial graphics, comparison ads, offer ads, UGC-style overlays, educational/mechanism graphics, retargeting assets, hook variations, and simple animated variations
  • Understand that paid creative exists to be tested, learned from, and iterated upon

2. Brand & Visual System Execution

  • Apply and extend the brand system across all channels
  • Maintain premium perception, consistency, and trust across every touchpoint
  • Work confidently with typography, color, image treatment, layout systems, trust-signal badges, claims hierarchy, and mobile-first readability

3. AI-Assisted Creative Production

  • Use AI tools as a core part of the creative workflow not to replace judgment, but to increase speed, concept range, and asset quality
  • Tools may include: ChatGPT Image Gen, Midjourney, Photoshop generative fill, Canva AI, Nano Banana Pro, Claude, and others (all tool subscriptions covered)
  • Most critical AI skill: generating realistic imagery of people wearing or using products in a credible, on-brand way
  • Art-direct, QA, and refine all AI outputs, identify and correct fake-looking imagery, strange anatomy, incorrect product representation, inconsistent lighting, and brand mismatch

4. Ecommerce & Web Design Support

  • Create assets for: landing page sections, product pages, Amazon listing images, Amazon Brand Store graphics, email graphics, website banners, product education modules, comparison tables, promotional graphics, and CRO test visuals
  • Design with mobile-first hierarchy, scannability, and conversion in mind

5. Print, Insert & Packaging Design Support

  • Assist with product inserts, instruction cards, packaging updates, print collateral, and dieline-based layouts
  • Work comfortably within specs including bleed, safe zones, and physical format requirements
  • VP of Creative owns final production; designer supports execution

6. Practical Production & Iteration

  • Create new ad concepts, iterate on existing ones, and revise based on feedback
  • Resize and format assets, prepare organized design files, and produce variants efficiently
  • Support recurring production tasks without compromising quality

7. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with VP of Creative, copywriter, media buyer, video team, and leadership
  • Receive briefs, ask smart clarifying questions, identify missing inputs, and deliver without excessive oversight

Requirements

  • 3–7+ years of professional design experience in DTC, ecommerce, health/wellness, beauty, CPG, consumer products, or agency
  • Strong portfolio showing real paid social ads, ecommerce graphics, brand systems, landing pages, or print/packaging, no logo-only or Canva-template-only portfolios
  • Experience designing paid social or social selling assets
  • Proficient in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, including original work beyond templates
  • Strong AI fluency, working knowledge of AI image generation tools with judgment to QA and refine outputs
  • Comfortable designing across multiple brand styles, not just one personal aesthetic
  • Strong communicator, coachable, practical, and receptive to feedback
  • Must overlap at least half the working day with 9am–5pm ET

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per month
