Graphic Designer (Digital, Video & Advertising)

We are looking for a creative, forward-thinking Graphic Designer to join our team and help elevate our visual storytelling across all digital, video, and print platforms.

Job Summary

This is a fully remote position. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content that aligns with the Anne Fontaine aesthetic. This role requires a blend of traditional design excellence and modern technical proficiency in video and AI. You will work closely with our Art Director and cross-functional teams in both the US and Europe to execute global campaigns and e-commerce initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advertising & Growth Graphics: Design high-converting visual assets for paid media, including Google Display, Meta ads (Instagram/Facebook), and retargeting banners.
  • Video Content & Editing: Create and edit short-form video content for social media and digital advertising, ensuring motion graphics align with the brand’s luxury identity.
  • On-Set & Campaign Support: Collaborate remotely with the Art Director during e-commerce and seasonal campaign photoshoots to ensure the creative vision is translated into final digital and video assets.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with both US and EU-based teams to ensure brand consistency and seamless execution across different time zones.
  • AI Integration: Utilize AI-driven design and video tools to streamline workflows, enhance imagery, and explore innovative creative concepts.
  • Digital & Print Production: Manage the design of web banners, landing pages, and email newsletters, as well as print-ready files for in-store signage and lookbooks.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3–5 years of experience in graphic design and digital content creation, with a mandatory background in the luxury or fashion sectors. Candidates should demonstrate an innate understanding of high-end brand storytelling and visual codes.
  • Fashion Literacy: Proven experience working within the fashion industry, including a strong grasp of seasonal campaign cycles, trend awareness, and the ability to maintain brand elevated standards across all digital touchpoints.
  • Video Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar) for video editing and motion graphics.
  • Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • AI Expertise: Demonstrated experience using AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Adobe Firefly, or video AI) to enhance design efficiency and creativity.
  • Production Background: Experience collaborating with Art Directors to capture necessary assets for e-commerce and campaigns.
  • Remote & Global Mindset: Self-motivated with strong communication skills to work effectively across different time zones (US & EU).
  • Aesthetic Sense: A portfolio that reflects a clean, sophisticated, and modern design aesthetic tailored for the luxury fashion market. Must show a deep understanding of fashion-forward typography, color theory, and high-end editorial layouts.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
