Position Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling materials across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for digital and print media (social media, websites, advertisements, brochures, presentations, etc.)
• Develop brand-consistent graphics, layouts, and visual elements
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to execute creative concepts
• Prepare design files for production and ensure high-quality output
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and technologies
• Revise designs based on feedback and ensure final approval

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative and technical skills
• Knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, and branding
• Basic understanding of UI/UX principles is a plus
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing
• Familiarity with web design and basic HTML/CSS
• Experience working in a marketing or agency environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
