About the Role

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of experience to join our design & marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who can create high-converting social media creatives, ad visuals, and engaging video content.

You will play a key role in building visually compelling, brand-consistent, and performance-focused content across multiple platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & Creative Execution

• Design high-quality visuals for:
• Social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Display)
• Website banners & landing pages
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all platforms

Video Editing & Motion Content

• Create and edit:
• Social media reels & ad creatives
• Promotional and branding videos
• Apply basic motion graphics, transitions, and storytelling techniques

Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team on campaign creatives
• Optimize designs based on performance metrics (CTR, engagement, conversions)

Execution & Productivity

• Manage multiple projects efficiently
• Ensure timely delivery of creatives
• Adapt designs for different platforms and formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts / Graphic Design / Visual Communication
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Strong command of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects
• Solid understanding of:
• Layout, typography, and color theory
• Social media content formats
• Ability to create performance-focused ad creatives

Preferred Skills (Highly Valued)

• Experience in digital marketing agencies or brands
• Understanding of performance marketing creatives (ads that convert)
• Familiarity with Canva & AI design tools
• Strong communication skills (Urdu & English)
