Job Overview

We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer & Video Editor/Animator who can handle both design and video work. The ideal candidate should be able to create attractive visuals, edit videos, and understand modern social media trends.

This role is for someone who is creative, active, and up-to-date with new ideas.

Key Responsibilities

• Design posts, ads, and marketing materials for social media and campaigns
• Create designs for real estate projects, events, and branding
• Edit videos for:
• Project promotions
• Events
• Social media reels and ads
• Create basic animations and motion graphics
• Maintain a clean and professional design style
• Follow current trends on Instagram, Facebook, and digital platforms
• Work with the marketing team to execute campaigns

Skills Required

• Good command of:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe After Effects
• Basic understanding of animation and video editing
• Knowledge of social media content (reels, ads, short videos)
• Creative thinking and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years (Fresh candidates with strong skills can also apply)
• Must have a portfolio (design + video work)
• Passion for creativity and content creation
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Responsible and able to meet deadlines
