Graphic Designer Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer who is highly skilled in Figma to design engaging social media posts, updates, and digital creatives. The role focuses on creating visually consistent content that aligns with our brand identity and supports marketing and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design social media posts, stories, banners, and updates for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook.
• Create Figma-based design files with proper layers, components, and reusable styles
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to convert ideas into visual designs
• Design creatives for announcements, promotions, campaigns, and product updates
• Revise designs based on feedback and deliver within deadlines
• Prepare final assets in required formats for publishing

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Figma (mandatory)
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• Experience designing content specifically for social media platforms
• Ability to work with brand guidelines and design systems
• Good communication skills and ability to understand creative briefs
• Portfolio showcasing social media design work (required)

Preferred (Nice to Have)

• Experience working with B2B brands or tech companies
• Basic understanding of marketing and content strategy
• Knowledge of tools like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop (plus)
