Graphic Designer / Laser Machine Operator (CorelDraw & Illustrator)

Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience operating a CO₂ Laser Cutting/Engraving Machine. The ideal candidate must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW, with the ability to prepare accurate production-ready files and manage laser cutting and engraving processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare artwork using Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Convert designs into laser-ready vector files (DXF, AI, CDR, SVG, etc.).
• Operate and maintain CO₂ laser cutting and engraving machines.
• Set up machine parameters (speed, power, frequency) based on material type.
• Work with various materials such as acrylic, wood, MDF, leather, and plastic.
• Ensure precision, quality control, and minimal material waste.
• Troubleshoot basic machine or file issues.
• Coordinate with production and sales teams to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Laser Machine Operator.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW.
• Understanding of vector graphics, layers, paths, and file preparation for laser cutting.
• Knowledge of materials and laser machine settings.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Co2 Laser Cutting Machine.
• Basic knowledge of design principles.
• Familiarity with file conversions and production workflows.

Experience
