This role supports our mission to deliver market-leading lighting products from concept through commercialization.

Position Summary

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to manage and execute B2B marketing initiatives across digital, print, and social channels. This role supports brand growth through social media management, advertising, content creation, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with analytical thinking to maintain a consistent brand presence, support sales objectives, and optimize marketing performance.

Social Media Management

  • Plan and execute B2B content on LinkedIn and Instagram
  • Write captions and manage posting calendar
  • Maintain active company presence
  • Track metrics and adjust strategy

Advertising and Promotion

  • Manage print, digital, and social campaigns
  • Monitor performance and optimize
  • Assist with retargeting campaigns
  • Help coordinate tradeshows and events
  • Track spend and report budgets

Administrative Support

  • Maintain marketing database and CRM
  • Schedule meetings, presentations, and travel

Market Research and Analysis

  • Research customer needs and trends
  • Analyze opportunities for brand growth
  • Apply insights to marketing strategy

Team Collaboration

  • Align with sales goals
  • Manage vendors and agencies

Content Creation

  • Oversee brochures, catalogs, videos, graphics
  • Ensure brand compliance

Required

  • Graphic Design experience
  • Architecture or furniture industry experience
  • Sample work with profesional, modern design and taste

Preferred Qualification

  • Have AI experience (non-ChatGPT)
