Job Overview
Hire With AR is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Mid-Level Graphic Designer to work with our client Read Solar Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should have strong design fundamentals, hands-on experience with digital creatives, and the ability to deliver high-quality visuals aligned with brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging graphics for social media, digital ads, websites, and marketing campaigns
• Create banners, posts, thumbnails, brochures, and promotional creatives
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to understand design requirements
• Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visuals
• Edit and refine designs based on feedback and deadlines
• Stay updated with design trends and tools

Requirements & Skills

• 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (After Effects is a plus)
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding
• Experience designing for social media and digital platforms
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
