OAbout the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative, fast-moving Graphic Designer who lives and breathes digital advertising. Your main mission: create scroll-stopping, conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. You’ll work closely with our Creative Director, and Brand team to develop high-impact visuals that drive performance, scale revenue, and stay on-brand across multiple apparel lines.

This role is perfect for a designer who understands both aesthetics and performance marketing. Someone who wants their work to directly influence millions in revenue.

Key Responsibilities1. Paid Ads Creative Production (Core Focus)

  • Design high-performing static graphics, short-form video assets, GIFs, and animated ads for Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Concept, design, and iterate variations based on performance data (CTR, hook rate, ROAS, CPC).
  • Rapidly produce 20–40 creative variations/week across different brands, products, and styles.
  • Transform UGC, product photos, and lifestyle shots into polished, compelling ads.

2. Brand-Aligned Visual Direction

  • Maintain consistent branding across all paid ads while still pushing creative boundaries.
  • Understand each brand’s personality
  • Work within established brand guidelines while developing new concepts and fresh directions.

3. Creative Strategy + Collaboration

  • Contribute creative ideas, hooks, concepts, and storyboards for new ads.
  • Analyze winning creatives to understand patterns, themes, and design elements that convert.
  • Attend weekly creative reviews to pitch new ideas and receive feedback.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with digital ads or DTC brands.
  • Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere or After Effects is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of direct-response design, ad psychology, and creative hooks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with quick turnarounds.
  • Experience designing for Meta Ads is required; TikTok/Google experience is a plus.
  • Strong portfolio with examples of paid ads that performed well or demonstrate strong ad-centric design.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Motion graphics and basic animation.
  • Experience editing raw video or UGC for ads.
  • Understanding of e-commerce funnels and A/B testing.
  • Familiarity with apparel, streetwear, or pop-culture-driven design.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,729.22 - $50,000.00 per year
