Graphic Designer (Part-Time): Philadelphia

100x is an experiential events and hospitality company that connects fans with the music they love through destination festivals, curated travel packages, and best-in-class VIP programs.

We collaborate with world-class artists to produce self-promoted destination concerts, artist-curated festivals, and intimate fan concert and travel experiences. Our portfolio spans the full range of live entertainment working with artists like Brandi Carlile, Dave Matthews, Luke Bryan, Noah Kahan, Phish, Chris Stapleton, Goose, The Lumineers and Andrea Bocelli.

From on-sale through post-event reconciliation, our team handles every detail with genuine hospitality. We operate events across the U.S. and internationally, with offices in Denver and Philadelphia.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Creative & Design Execution

  • Design print and digital campaign materials across all 100x events and brands — ads, email headers, social graphics, key art, and more
  • Build and maintain event collateral: signage, programs, wristbands, credentials, on-site graphics, and environmental design elements
  • Create merchandise mockups and pitch visuals for artist, sponsor, and retail programs
  • Develop proposal deck designs, sales presentation designs, and partner-facing materials that reflect our brand position and tell a compelling story
  • Produce website imagery and landing page assets in coordination with web and marketing teams
  • Support motion graphic and animation needs for social and digital placements

Brand Stewardship

  • Own and evolve the visual standards for each event property and the 100x Hospitality corporate brand
  • Ensure consistency across all materials and flag inconsistencies when they arise — you are one of the last lines of defense on quality
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines and asset libraries that the broader team can use confidently

Collaboration & Operations

  • Partner with Marketing Managers and the SVP of Strategy & Partnerships on campaign planning and creative briefing
  • Coordinate with Operations on event production design needs and timeline requirements
  • Work within the company's project management and asset management systems
  • Communicate clearly on project status, timelines, and blockers — and escalate early when something is at risk
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects across different events and brands without losing the thread on any of them

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

Experience

  • 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience; event, entertainment, hospitality, or agency background strongly preferred
  • A portfolio (website or PDF) with at least five recent work samples demonstrating range — campaign-level thinking alongside execution detail
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent professional experience

Skills & Tools

  • Expert-level Adobe Creative Suite — InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator are your daily drivers
  • Proficiency in Keynote, PowerPoint or other formats for presentation design
  • Comfort with WordPress and Webflow for web asset implementation (full development not required)
  • Motion graphics and animation skills — basic to intermediate; enough to produce social-ready content independently
  • Strong typographic instincts and a refined eye for layout, hierarchy, and composition
  • Ability to receive and translate a creative brief easily

Soft Skills

  • Highly organized — you can track a dozen projects at once and nothing falls through
  • Proactive communicator who surfaces problems early rather than quietly missing a deadline
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, startup-adjacent environment where priorities can shift quickly
  • Curious and growth-oriented — you want to get better, you seek feedback, and you stay current on design trends and tools
  • Willing to adopt new tools and workflows as the company scales its operations
