Graphic Designer / Production Artist

Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join our creative team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a variety of visual projects, including branding, digital art, print advertising, and web design. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in graphic design, visual storytelling, and production processes, with the ability to manage multiple projects from concept to completion. Duties

• Develop and execute compelling visual concepts aligned with brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Create and refine logos, branding materials, and digital graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Design layouts for print and digital media, including signage, advertisements, presentations, and social media content.
• Produce motion graphics and video content utilizing Adobe After Effects and video editing software.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop visual assets for campaigns across various platforms.
• Manage color accuracy and consistency through effective color management techniques.
• Develop UI/UX designs for websites and applications using tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, and WordPress.
• Incorporate HTML, CSS, JavaScript into web design projects when necessary.
• Perform photo manipulation, digital art creation, and photo editing to enhance visual storytelling.
• Ensure all designs adhere to project specifications regarding layout design, typesetting, typography, and overall visual design standards.
• Prepare files for production or sign manufacturing with attention to detail in production design and layout.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in graphic design or production artistry with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects, CorelDRAW, Sketch, InVision, and other relevant tools.
• Knowledge of branding principles, art direction, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, photo manipulation, and digital art creation.
• Familiarity with web development basics including HTML, CSS, JavaScript; experience with WordPress or content management systems is a plus.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail in color management and typesetting standards.

Pay: $17.50 - $22.50 per hour
