We’re hiring: Graphic Designer (Real Estate)

Hallmark Real Estate is looking for a creative Graphic Designer to produce high-quality marketing materials across digital and print. Seeking a Graphic Designer who can translate property and brand needs into polished visuals that drive engagement and leads. You’ll work closely with marketing and brokers to produce creative assets across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design marketing materials: flyers, brochures, banners, signage
• Create social media creatives and campaign assets
• Build and maintain editable templates for the team
• Support listing launches with consistent brand visuals
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate revisions quickly

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in graphic design (preferred)
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital + print design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (PS, AI, ID)
• Understanding of brand guidelines, typography, composition
• Time management and ability to handle multiple requests

Bonus: Motion graphics (After Effects/Premiere) + Real estate experience
