Salary Range

$65,000 – $115,000 per year (based on experience, skills, and location)

Job Summary

Burns & McDonnell is seeking a Remote Graphic Designer to create high-quality digital design, marketing assets, and brand visuals that support engineering, construction, and consulting services. This role requires a strong mix of creative design, visual storytelling, and technical communication skills.

This is a fully remote opportunity open to candidates located within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design digital marketing materials, including social media graphics, email campaigns, and web assets
  • Create print and presentation materials such as brochures, reports, and proposals
  • Translate complex technical information into clear visual communications and infographics
  • Maintain and apply brand guidelines and visual identity standards
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and technical teams
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years of professional graphic design experience (remote experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience designing for digital and print platforms
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, marketing, and digital design work
  • Excellent communication and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, engineering, construction, or professional services industries
  • Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or motion graphics tools (After Effects)
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or UX/UI principles
