Orange Designs Sign & Graphic Solutions is a growing sign manufacturing and large-format printing company seeking a Graphic Designer / Production Specialist with experience in sign shop production, vinyl graphics, and Adobe design software.

This is a hands-on position combining graphic design, sign production, and large-format printing. The ideal candidate enjoys both creative design work and working with production equipment to bring graphics to life.

If you have experience with Adobe Illustrator, vinyl cutting, signage production, or large format printing, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and prepare artwork for signage, vinyl graphics, and large-format printing
• Design logos, layouts, signage, banners, and marketing graphics
• Prepare files for vinyl cutters, large-format printers, and production equipment
• Weed, cut, laminate, mount, and apply vinyl graphics
• Operate laminators, vinyl plotters, CNC routers, and sign production equipment
• Prepare substrates and materials for graphic application
• Inspect artwork and files before printing or cutting to ensure accuracy
• Assist with sign assembly and installation when needed
• Maintain organized digital files and production records
• Help unload materials and maintain shop organization

Required Skills

• Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Adobe Photoshop (required)
• Graphic design and layout skills
• Knowledge of vinyl graphics and large-format printing
• Strong attention to detail and file preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

• Sign shop or sign manufacturing experience
• Large format printing or wide-format printers
• Vinyl cutting / vinyl graphics production
• Experience operating sign production equipment
• Experience installing signs or graphics

Education

High School Diploma or GED required
Graphic Design education or certification preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to lift and move materials
• Comfortable working in a production shop environment

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
