Graphic Designer Specialist

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Technical / Job-Specific Competencies

• Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a BA/BS or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent portfolio-based experience).
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, color theory, hierarchy, and grids .
• Ability to design for social media, web banners, simple print (posters, flyers), and presentations.
• Comfortable following brand guidelines and producing on-brand variations.
• Understands basic production: export settings, file formats, bleed/safe areas, and image optimization.
• Basic familiarity with accessibility (contrast, legibility, font sizing).
• Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Figma (or Sketch/XD) for layout, components, and quick mockups.
• Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 for handovers and collaboration.
• Organized file naming, versioning, and proper use of cloud drives.

Educational Qualifications

BA/BS or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (or equivalent portfolio-based experience).

Professional Certifications

Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (or Sketch/XD),

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design

Languages Proficiency

Fluency in English & Arabic languages
