Graphic Designer (UAE National)

We’re hiring a Graphic Designer for a leading real estate developer in the UAE. This role is pivotal in shaping and executing the brand’s visual identity across multiple touchpoints, both online and offline. From adapting master creative assets to delivering high-quality visuals for social media, product launches, and real estate marketing collateral—you’ll bring the brand’s story to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Adapt and execute visual concepts across social, print, digital, and outdoor platforms.
• Create engaging designs for campaigns, launches, and corporate storytelling.
• Develop brochures, floor plans, decks, stationery, and premium presentations.
• Build marketing toolkits including branding guidelines, signage systems, and sales materials.
• Ensure brand consistency and design accuracy across all outputs.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and development teams to meet business needs.
• Manage multiple design requests and deadlines simultaneously.
• Coordinate with vendors and production partners for flawless execution.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 5+ years of design experience (preferably real estate, hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle).
• Strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work (social, print, branding).
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects a plus).
• Excellent typography, layout, and color skills.
• Experience with high-impact presentations (PowerPoint/Keynote).
• Detail-oriented, especially with floor plans and architectural diagrams.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
