Position Overview
Parsons Corporation is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UAE National Graphic Designer to join its Dubai-based engineering and design team. This role is ideal for a motivated designer who wants to merge creativity with engineering innovation, supporting the development of visually impactful materials for major infrastructure, transportation, and urban development projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and produce high-quality visual materials such as brochures, infographics, project presentations, and technical diagrams.
* Collaborate with engineers, planners, and marketing professionals to create graphics that clearly communicate project objectives.
* Ensure all visual materials align with Parsons and client brand guidelines.
* Prepare print-ready and digital artwork for reports, proposals, and marketing deliverables.
* Revise and update existing visuals to meet changing project requirements.
* Contribute creative ideas for visual storytelling across technical and non-technical audiences.
* Maintain consistency and accuracy across all design outputs.
* Manage multiple design requests and deadlines effectively while ensuring top-quality output.
* Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely submission of graphics and documentation.

Ideal Profile

* UAE National with Family Book.
* Diploma or Associate Degree in Graphic Design or equivalent qualification; a Bachelor s degree is an advantage.
* At least 2 years of experience in professional graphic design within an engineering, construction, or corporate environment.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, visual communication, and technical proficiency.
* Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Acrobat).
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and presentation tools.
* Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
