Techradiance is an EdTech company empowering students through Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Design Thinking education. We set up innovative labs in schools, provide cutting-edge training programs, and prepare students for national and international competitions hosted at IIT campuses.

We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can bring our brand stories, school projects, and campaigns to life through engaging visuals, animations, and motion graphics.

Key Responsibilities

Video Editing & Production

• Edit raw footage into polished promotional, educational, and social media videos
• Add sound effects, transitions, text overlays, and motion elements for dynamic storytelling
• Create short-form videos/reels for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Work with the marketing and content team to plan and produce video concepts

Graphic Design

• Design visually appealing graphics, posters, brochures, and digital creatives for campaigns and presentations
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content (social media, website, and print materials)
• Collaborate with teams to design visuals for proposals, pitch decks, and event materials

Motion Graphics & Animation

• Create engaging 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, and intro/outro motion templates
• Design animated elements for videos and presentations
• Develop visual storytelling using After Effects or similar tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Design, Animation, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (Freshers with strong portfolios can apply)
• Proficiency in:
• Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve
• Motion Graphics: Adobe After Effects
• Design Tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
• Understanding of social media trends, pacing, and storytelling
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Compensation:

₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)
