Job Title: Graphic Designer / Web Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist

Location: Berks County, PA (In-Office – Potential Hybrid Option in the Future)

Salary: $20–$26 per hour (based on experience)

Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Designer / Web Designer / Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Berks County, PA. This is a full-time, in-office position with the potential for a hybrid schedule in the future.

The ideal candidate will have experience in graphic design, web design, and digital marketing, and enjoy working on a variety of creative and marketing projects. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and excited to contribute ideas that help grow our brand and online presence.

Responsibilities:

• Design graphics for digital and print marketing materials
• Assist with website design, updates, and maintenance
• Create marketing assets for social media, email campaigns, and advertising
• Support digital marketing initiatives including SEO, social media, and online campaigns
• Prepare files for print production when needed
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams on branding and promotional projects
• Assist with vinyl graphics production when necessary (training available)

Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Illustrator (required)
• Experience with web design and website management
• Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms
• Strong design sense and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred (but not required):

• Experience with vinyl printing or vinyl graphic production
• Familiarity with additional Adobe Creative Suite tools (Photoshop, InDesign, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO or digital advertising
