Graphic Designer/Marketing

We are looking for a creative and versatile Graphic Designer cum Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will design eye-catching graphics, create engaging videos, and manage digital marketing campaigns to promote our property listings and attract potential buyers and investors.

Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality graphics for property listings, brochures, social media, and digital ads.
• Create engaging video content for property showcases, social media, and promotional campaigns.
• Manage and develop content for social media channels to increase audience engagement.
• Support marketing campaigns for property launches and sales events.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to generate creative promotional ideas.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design, video creation, and digital marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
• Strong understanding of social media marketing and content creation.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
