Super Cheap Signs™ is growing, and we’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our Production Team. If you’re passionate about design, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and like working with a collaborative team, we’d love to meet you.

This is a full-time, on-site position (40 hours per week) where you’ll create production-ready artwork for custom signage. You’ll also be cross-training in our digital production department, gaining hands-on experience with large-format printing and sign production.

Since 1991, Super Cheap Signs™ has provided affordable custom signage nationwide. From yard signs and banners to car magnets and stickers, we produce high-quality signs using both screen printing and digital printing.

What You’ll Do

• Create production-ready graphics using customer files or templates.
• Communicate with customers via email regarding artwork and proofs.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Work closely with production and customer service teams.
• Maintain strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Cross-train in production, including digital printing operations.

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of Graphic Design experience
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design workflows to speed up layout, image editing, or production prep.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Interest in learning and adapting to new design and production technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with sign materials (Coroplast, aluminum, vinyl) is a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Office experience.

Starting Pay: $16.00/hour

Hours: 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. Monday - Friday. (weekends off)

Requirements

Education: Associate degree preferred

Experience:

• Graphic Design: 1 year (required)
• Adobe Creative Suite: 1 year (preferred)

Location: Must live near or relocate to Cedar Park, TX 78613
