Graphic Designer/Production Artist

Location: Salem, OR
Schedule: Full-time, In-Office (M–F, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, No Weekends)
Compensation: $18–$24 per hour DOE

About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer / Production Artist to join our creative team in Salem, Oregon. In this role, you’ll be responsible for producing digital and print ads for small to medium-sized businesses across more than 50 markets in the United States. You’ll work in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring every ad is visually engaging, on-brand, and delivered on time.

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce high-quality advertisements for digital and print platforms.
• Collaborate with account managers and clients to understand advertising needs and translate them into effective designs.
• Create designs tailored to a variety of industries, ensuring ads are professional, clear, and compelling.
• Prepare files for production, ensuring accuracy and consistency across campaigns.
• Manage a high volume of ad requests while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
• Contribute to maintaining brand consistency across all materials.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of professional design or production artist experience (agency or media environment a plus).
• Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience designing for both digital and print formats.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven, high-volume production environment.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• A portfolio showcasing your design and production work.
