Key Responsibilities:
- Develop creative designs for brochures, flyers, banners, social media posts, advertisements, presentations, and company profiles.
- Design and update branding materials, including logos, templates, and corporate identity guidelines.
- Create digital assets for websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
- Edit and enhance photos, videos, and visual content for marketing use.
- Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printing vendors when needed.
- Ensure all designs are aligned with the company’s brand standards.
- Stay updated with latest design trends, tools, and techniques.
- Manage and organize all digital design files and archives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer (experience in construction/real estate sector is an advantage).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; Premiere Pro or After Effects is a plus).
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visual designs.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
- Good communication skills and teamwork.
