We are seeking a creative and talented Graphics Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various digital and print media. This role requires strong design skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual content.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation:
  • Develop and design graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and other digital and print media.
  • Create visual concepts, layouts, and illustrations that align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Collaboration & Communication:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand design requirements and objectives.
  • Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final designs.
• Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure all designs adhere to the company s brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all channels.
  • Update and refresh design assets as needed to stay current with design trends and brand evolution.
• Project Management:
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Organize and maintain design files, assets, and documentation for easy access and future reference.
• Quality Assurance:
  • Review and proof designs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project goals before final delivery.
  • Ensure designs are optimized for various formats and devices, including web, mobile, and print.
• Continuous Learning:
  • Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Seek feedback and continuously improve design skills and techniques.

Requirements
Skills/Scope

Bachelor s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field., 2+ years of experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects., Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design tools., Experience with web design, user interface (UI) design, and multimedia content creation is a plus., Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
