Job Summary:
We are hiring a talented Graphic Designer (1–3 years' experience) to create eye-catching designs for social media, campaigns, branding, videos, and more. In our fast-paced creative environment, you'll bring ideas to life and help drive our visionary content forward.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create stunning graphics, social posts, thumbnails, posters, banners, and branding materials using Adobe tools.
• Work closely with content creators, social media, and talent teams to understand requirements and deliver on-brand designs.
• Develop concepts, make revisions based on feedback, and optimize visuals for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Keep designs consistent with brand guidelines while following current trends in colours, typography, and styles.
• Handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and organize files for smooth team collaboration.
• Share creative ideas to improve our content and help projects go viral.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of graphic design experience (agency, media, freelance, or in-house preferred).
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (must-have); knowledge of Figma, Canva, or After Effects is a bonus.
• Impressive portfolio with diverse, high-quality work (share link or samples when applying).
• Great eye for design, attention to detail, and understanding of aesthetics, layout, and color theory.
• Good communication to explain ideas and collaborate with teams.
• Strong time management to juggle tasks in a busy creative setting.
• Bachelor's in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
